10-day Return or Refund Policy
To help you enjoy shopping at MaBelle eShop, we have a 10-day Return & Refund Policy. This Return Policy is applicable to MaBelle eShop Online Purchase Orders ONLY and not for purchases at any physical shop. We are pleased to offer the 10-day return or refund policy for items in their “Good Condition”, and still in its original purchase condition. with all certificates, warranties, authenticity cards, original invoice and gift intact.
Details on Return or Refund Policy:
  1. To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on MaBelle eShop.
  2. If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by a joint promotion or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. Discounts offered by companies other than MaBelle shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant companies.
  3. Exchange service can only be available once.
  4. If the order comes with free premiums or gifts, they must also be returned. If they were not completely returned, return requests will not be accepted.
  5. The actual times of the refund are subject to availability on the vendor or bank concerned.

Returns Procedures
Regardless of Hong Kong or overseas orders, items in “Good Condition” can only be returned to any MaBelle shop in Hong Kong. If the return process involves product price differences or postage costs, the customer will be responsible for paying.
Customer should submit a return or exchange request to the customer service team within 10 days from the date of receipt (Invoice required)
 
Customer return items in “Good condition” and free premiums or gifts to any MaBelle shop in Hong Kong.

Personalized Service
In order to create a better and enjoyable shopping experience, we provide personalized service with options like special message card with your own personal message and product engraving service. You can add a gift message while purchasing natural diamond jewellery for your special someone. You can also engrave text on jewellery for your special someone, like anniversary date, text, name or even secret code.
Engraving Service
We provide engraving service for some of the products with sufficient space. Orders contained engraved products take extra 4 working days to process. There is an Engraving Service check box in the product detail page to enter your engraving text. You shall submit the text you would like to engrave while checking out. Our customer service team will base on the content submitted and ship the order directly.
Requirement:
Word limit: Max. 15 letters in English or 6 characters in Chinese, including punctuations and spaces.
Font style: The preset font style in Chinese is "pmingliu (新細明體)"; English font styles are either "Times New Roman"

Free Message Card Service
Every customer who shopped in our eShop can enjoy a free message card service. You can write and submit your custom content in the Shopping Bag and send your love along with the jewelleries you picked to your loved ones. Our customer service team will base on the content submitted and ship the order with message card directly. If you do not check out with message card service or enter any content, it will be regarded as unnecessary to use this service. In this case, message card will not be included in the shipping order.
Requirements:
Word limit: Max. 100 letters in English. Only the first 100 letters will be shown if limit exceeds.

Made-to-Order Service
We provide a Made-to-Order service for some of the products, if you would like to order a same style product of your lost jewellery, an out-of-stock product, or products with customized size. After receiving your request, our customer service team will communicate with MaBelle Product Department with feasibility and price, and further made-to-order arrangement. Upon the confirmation of payment, all the Made-to-Order products will be processed in approximately 6 to 10 weeks before shipping. Please note that return and refund policy is not applied on all Made-to-Order items.

Alterations
Whether you purchased at MaBelle Hong Kong shops or eShop, we gladly provide after-sales and alteration service to you for your purchased products at any one of the MaBelle Hong Kong shops. As a MaBelle VIP, you may enjoy a free re-polishing service (subject to change depending on different VIP Class). You can contact our Customer Service Team for more details. For online order, you shall submit an online request for after-sales and alteration service, then bring your product to any MaBelle Hong Kong shops for further maintenance. If any maintenance costs or postage costs are involved during the return process, it will be paid by the customer.
Please pay attention to the following policy:
  • Special handling fees, taxes and duties involved in the delivery of repaired goods will be non-refundable. Customer should apply to the local tax authority or customs for the return of the duties.
  • Alteration is subject to product style and the level of damage. There is a possibility that some product styles may be different from their original appearance after alteration.
  • The possibility of alteration is determined case by case. If any diamonds, gold, accessories or replacement is needed, the relevant cost depends on the actual situation of the product and alteration. Our staff or customer service team will provide a quotation on the alteration afterwards.
  • As the price of materials fluctuates from time to time, alteration costs will vary from period to period.
  • MaBelle reserves all rights to change and cancel these after-sales services at any time.
