Physical inspection is needed since your jewellery has to go through a series of weighting and inspection by professional machines before getting an instant valuation.

Of course, the gold inspection and valuation are transparent and free of charge. Customer can withdraw any time before confirmation while no handling fee is required. However, since all jewellery must be cut open for inspection and testing, the inspected item will be damaged and cannot be restored regardless of whether it will be recycled or not. Customer approval and consent is required prior to inspection. The company has no legal responsibility for the damaged item.
The recycling service is made to handle gold jewellery. Inlaid gemstones and diamonds are not accepted, please take care of the disassembly in advance. Otherwise, the weight of the inlaid will be deducted from the recycled value.
Cash credit can be used as cash at any MaBelle retail store. $1 cash credit is equivalent to $1 cash. If you prefer cash credit than cash in return of the gold recycled, we will reward you with an additional 10% in cash credit for the purchase at MaBelle without time limit.

Once the reserved item has been prepared, you will receive an email notification. At that time, simply follow the instructions in the email to visit the designated store for our Try-on service.
