Can kids get ear piercings?
We provide ear piercing service to customers who are 6 years old or above. For 12 years old or below, it is necessary to come with their guardian during entire piercing sessions. While outer ear-bone piercing services are only available for customers who are above 16.
How about the process of ear-piercing service? Will it hurt?
Firstly, our consultant needs to sanitize your ears and make marks on them for piercing positions. Once the positions are confirmed, we use a one-off plastic capsule for piercing on certain positions. Then, our consultant will sanitize and clean your ears after piercing. This simple procedure only takes a few seconds, the level of pain feeling varies from person to person. According to most of our customer feedback, only a slight prick is felt in overall cases.
Can I change my original pierced position?
It depends on the distance between your existing pierced positions and new positions. Our consultant will check the exact condition of the original pierced position to confirm if it is suitable for adjustment.
Why does it look uneven when I wear earrings on both sides sometimes?
As the structure of each ear is unique, the ear shape of both left and right sides could be differently grown. Therefore, it is important to make sure the pierced positions of both sides are matched and balanced according to the ear shapes. Otherwise, it will cause uneven and imbalanced conditions without professional piercing techniques on precise position.
Can I have an extra piercing at the ear-bone on the same side?
Our consultant will examine the position of each piercing and determine if it is appropriate for each customer to have an extra piercing according to the distance of each pierced position.
Any risks if I have an ear piercing?
No matter if you choose to pierce the earlobe or ear bone, you need to bear potential risks including inflammation, fainting, scar, granulation, or other complications. When such conditions occur, it might be related to your personal health conditions as well as after-care treatment. If the condition continually happens, please consult your doctor immediately.
How long does it take to form ear holes completely? When can I remove the pierced earrings?
We suggest removing the pierced earrings after the ear holes are completely formed. For normal cases, the formation of new earlobe holes needs to be worn for at least 2 to 3 months and the holes in ear bone take 4 to 6 months without taking it off.
Can I have a piercing if I have a mole on my ear?
For those customers who have moles on their ears, we recommend consulting our ear-piercing professionals and your doctor before having piercing surgery.

Although the ear shapes of each person are varied and different on both sides, our consultant will make sure and re-confirm with our customers by marking the piercing positions before the surgery.
If I am not able to wear the earrings after piercing for a long time, will those ear holes be cured?
After the piercing surgery, we suggest customers keep wearing earlobe and ear bone piercing earrings for at least 3 months and 6 months, respectively. Once the ear holes are successfully formed, you can replace them with another earring. It is recommended that you continue wearing earrings for an extra half year to avoid the ear holes getting cured.
