- All Silver 925 products cannot enjoy any alterations or maintenace service! (925 Sliver Items includes Bling Bling, Platinum Plated Silver and Silver with Diamond Products)
- All gold products alternative service are only avalible for the product which purchased within 3 months ONLY (*Refer to the invoice issued date), overdue request will not be accepted. The customer should bear the repair cost.
- The possibility of repair is determined by the design of item. Some design may look different after being repaired. It is necessary for the experienced craftsmen to perform examination in a professional manner. In addition, the cost of gold and parts added or replacement of parts is subject to different items.
