Please pay attention to the following policy:
- All Silver 925 products are not eligible to our alteration or maintenance service. (925 Sliver Items includes Bling Bling, Platinum Plated Silver and Silver with Diamond Products)
- All gold products alteration service are only available for the product purchased in the past 3 months (*Kindly refer to the invoice issuing date), overdue request will not be accepted and repair cost is required.
- The possibility of alteration is determined case by case. Our professional craftsmen have to perform examination for the products. In addition, the alteration cost is subject to the products.
