COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and update promotional materials including shop materials, leaflets, SMS, eDM, website etc.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to both acquire and retain customer to upsell, e.g. eShop marketing, eDM, SEO, PPC, SEM, social media and SNS
  • Work closely with other departments in coordinating and implementing marketing programs, promotions and roadshows.
  • Liaise with shopping malls in coordinating and executing joint promotions.
  • Handle customers' enquiries and prepare monthly hotline reports.
  • Handle general administrative duties including premium stock taking, promotion analysis reports etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • 2 years of marketing experience in Luxury industry.
  • Hand-on experience in managing social media and digital channels for brand is an advantage.
  • Experience in advertising production and agency liaison is an advantage.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, target driven and client focused.
  • Able to work independently and be a team player.
  • Relevant experience in PRC is an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua.

DESIGNER

Job Duties:

  • Design of promotion materials to support overall advertising and sales campaigns, including print ads., leaflets, P.O.S. materials etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Graphic Design or related discipline.
  • Graphic design and production experience in jewellery industry and publication is preferable.
  • Sound knowledge of Freehand, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator.
  • Solid experience in Mac applications.
  • Knowledge of web page design is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese/Chinese.
  • Creative and strong design sense.

Job Duties:

  • Manage our official webstores on different platform, aiming to increase channels, customers and revenue.
  • Explore new channels/platforms for opening webstores for MaBelle.
  • Review and improve current service and fulfillment standard regarding webstores operation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary or university degree in any discipline.

Human Resources Director

The mandate of Human Resources Director is to understand organization and business needs to identify HR strategic directions and objectives to strengthen the talent pool and leverage human resources capital to meet business growth and challenges. The candidate is a change agent to nurture company culture and values for organizational engagement.

Candidate is a strong team builder with strategic thinking and has solid experience in leading and managing all round Human Resources and Development disciplines and responsibilities listed below.

Human Resources Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Set human resources directions and strategies to find, develop and keep the talents
  • Develop and maintain HR structures, systems and policies to align with business strategies and operations
  • Provide a full range of professional HR services including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and motivation, employee relations, performance management and career planning
  • Implement initiatives to nurture the corporate cultural, values and disciplines to engage human resources of organization
  • Lead and coach HR and Admin team to provide quality internal service
  • Closely work with Learning & Development Team to implement projects

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of development experience preferably in the retail sector
  • Positive, self-motivated and continuously learning
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency of written and spoken English is a must.

Learning and Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design effective people development strategies and plans to unleash talent potential and productivity
  • Implement initiatives to nurture the corporate cultural, values and disciplines to engage human resources of organization
  • Build a learning organization culture to enable people growth to meet business challenges
  • Develop and design staff development policies and training programs including Management Development and Sales Development for Retail
  • Organize and follow up Annual Business Alignment Meetings for SBUs
  • Lead and coach a productive Learning and Development team
  • Closely work with Human Resources Team to deploy other human resources projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree education in Business Management, HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of development experience preferably in the retail sector
  • Possess strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • High proficiency of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Computer literate in using MS office and other social technologies
  • Willing to travel extensively between Hong Kong and PRC

Job Duties:

  • To perform sales order processing.
  • To provide sales administrative and logistics support to wholesales team.

  • To update the websites' content and write user manual.

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above

  • Proficient in all MS applications and Internet knowledge

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for developing and expanding a strong relationship with overseas Jewellery wholesale network to achieve sales target

  • Responsible for sales & marketing activities

SENIOR WEB DESIGNER

Job Duties:

  • Provide web design support to e-marketing team.
  • Design eDM, web banner and other web promotion material in minimum supervision.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain brand image and design consistency.
  • Optimize layouts for mobile and web environments to drive e-commerce.
  • Provide suggestion on design theme, idea, etc.
  • Be responsible for photo editing and retouching.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in web design, multi-media design or related disciplines.

WEB PROGRAMMER

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for website and system application development, maintenance, implementation and deployment
  • Assist in user requirement study, system analysis, design, and prepare documentation and conduct UAT
  • Support internet / intranet systems and websites function development, enhancement and daily maintenance
  • Monitor and measure the performance of websites

Requirements:

  • Proficient in either programming languages: VB.Net, C#, ASP or PHP
  • In-depth knowledge in JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, XML, MS SQL
  • 1-2 years experience in Facebook application development preferred
  • Solid working experience in e-Commerce websites is an advantage
  • Capable of working in a fast moving environment and meeting rigid deadlines
  • A good team player with positive thinking, willing to learn, flexible and attentive to detail and well organized
  • Good command of Chinese and English
