Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming calls and enquiries
  • Manage daily incoming & outgoing mails and courier services
  • Greet visitors and guests with professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment for the office
  • Handle office equipment maintenance and office inventory and stocks
  • Monitor the daily operations of office assistants

Requirements:

Sales Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operation of e-stores and O2O orders
  • Process customer transactions, confirm order details and manage payment gateway in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deal tactfully to resolve complaint / enquiries and convert enquiries into orders
  • Assist in warehouse management and provide suggestions to improve efficiency

Requirements:

Web Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide web design support to e-marketing team.
  • Design eDM, web banner and other web promotion material in minimum supervision.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain brand image and design consistency.
  • Optimize layouts for mobile and web environments to drive e-commerce.
  • Provide suggestion on design theme, idea, etc.
  • Be responsible for photo editing and retouching.

Analyst Programmer (Web / Mobile Applications / Qlikview)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for system application development, maintenance, implementation and deployment
  • Assist in user requirement study, system analysis, design, and prepare documentation and conduct UAT
  • Support internet / intranet systems and websites function development, enhancement and daily maintenance
  • Monitor and measure the performance of websites

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 year programming experience in either C#, ASP or PHP
  • In-depth knowledge in JavaScript, JQuery, MS SQL is an advantage
  • Experience in social network application development preferred but not a must
  • Experience in Qlikview is preferred
  • Solid working experience in e-Commerce websites is an advantage

Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting records including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and P&L reconciliation
  • Month end closing and P&L review
  • Prepare monthly financial report, handle company cash flow, treasury arrangement and full set of Accounting
  • Responsible for daily accounting operations and stock take
  • Liaising with external auditors and assist year end audit
  • Preparing ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified accountant preferred e.g. ACCA, HKICPA
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; preferable in retails industry
  • familiar with Flex system is an advantage

Senior Digital Marketing Officer/ Digital Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting, content development and real time upload in different channels for company's marketing initiative and brand events
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media (images, video and written)
  • Monitor social media interactions, issues and sentiment; respond to enquiries and comments
  • Monitor and benchmark for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Develop partnerships with bloggers and KOLs, in order to increase brand awareness and generate content for social media channels
  • Ad-hoc online marketing project planning, execution and post program review

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Creative Media, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related disciplines.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience, experience in company branding or digital content marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implement online and offline marketing campaigns and projects such as ATL & BTL activities, events, social media and advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with other departments in coordinating and implementing marketing programs and promotions.
  • Plan and implement membership programs and CRM activities
  • Copywriting for marketing collaterals, websites and promotional materials
